It is celebrated in the hindu month of Phalgun which generally falls in Feb-March. There are lots of legends associated with holi which includes Holika-Prahlad, Radha-Krishna, and lots more…The celebration begins from the eve of Chotti Holi with the ritual of Holi Bonfire. On a night before Holi, people collect wooden logs from their home and gather it together to burn Holika resembling the victory of good over evil. On the Next day, Holi is played with colours, water, water guns, water Balloons, Gulal along with mouth-watering delicacies like Gujiya,Bread Dahi vade, Bhang Lassi,Bhang Pakore and Moong Dal halwa etc….
