Bhang Lassi

Ingredients


• 1/2 cup Bhaang leaves (boiled)
• 1 cup water
• 2 cup lukewarm milk
• 4 tablespoons almonds chopped
• 1/2 inch Ginger juice (freshly extracted)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 Pinch garam masala
• 1 tbsp Coconut milk


How to make Bhang Lassi :

• Bring water to a boil and add bhang to it.
• Allow it to simmer for 7 to 10 mins and close the flame and strain it.
• Now grind half of it to paste using 2 tbsp of milk. Also grind rest half of bhang with almonds and milk.
• Strain this mixture into a jug and pour the milk, coconut milk, sugar and ginger juice,Garam Masala and boiled water into a pan.
• Cool it in the refrigerator for few hours before serving the bhang lassi.
