Here are some tips for safe holi:

 • To remove colour, wash your face with lukewarm water and keep your eyes and lips tightly closed. After washing apply moisturiser or cream to avoid dryness.

 • Do not wash your face and hair frequently to remove colour as it might lead to dry skin and hair fall.

 • When someone applies colour on your face, keep your eyes and lips tightly closed.

• Buy a better quality of colours or go for herbal colours

 •Wear old and dark coloured clothes so that you don’t have to worry about getting stained or wasting time on washing clothes. Also try to wear full sleeves clothes so that you are not much exposed to harmful chemicals.

• If you are playing Holi, apply a thick layer of coconut or any oil on your body and hair until they glisten and you become slippery. The oily coat would protect you from the immediate effect of harmful chemicals of the colors of Holi. This will not only help in escaping from the frenzied mob attack, but also will help you to wash off colors easily, later on.

• Put double coat of Nail Paint on your nails so they are not coloured by the holi colours.

 • Also put a lots of oil in your hairs so that so that colour can be washed off easily later.

 • Avoid playing Holi, if you are prone to skin allergies.

• Keep handy pain killers, anti-oxidants, anti-allergic tablets

• If someone misbehaves or a stranger approaches and misbehaves then you can file an FIR

• Do not forget the traffic rules and Don’t Drink and drive.
